I am writing the first comprehensive history of seltzer.
It does not yet have a title (although this site offers a suggestion). I don’t even have a contract. You can follow those details as they develop by following the relevant blog section.

In the meantime, I will manage two sections about the book.
- The first is the Bibliography As I find new sources that inform the book, I intend to list them here. And as I write blog entries or create podcasts about that source, I will link them from here.
