SeltzertopiaLive! Events for Fall 2019

As we approach the one year anniversary of the publication of Seltzertopia, I am excited to share with you some upcoming dates and locations for where you can see me present live. If you have yet to see my show, please come on out! I offer a very lively – dare I say effervescent – interactive and multimedia presentation, often combined with egg creams and/or a blind flavored seltzer tasting competition. And please share with your friends and family!

Map of speaking locations

9.22.19 | 10:30 AM | Congregation Beth El | South Orange, NJ

Back to New Jersey! I will give my presentation and lead a “stump the clergy” seltzer tasting competition. Afterwards there will be a book signing and egg creams.

10.19.19 | 3:00 PM | Queens Public Library | Glen Oaks, NY

Back to the Queens Public Library! This will be my standard presentation followed by a book signing.

11.18.19 | 7:30 PM | Hillcrest Hadassah | Fresh Meadows, NY

The ladies groups love me (come on Men’s Clubs – time to catch up).

11.21.19 | 7:00 PM | Milk and Honey Club at the Wanaque Reserve | Wanaque, NJ

Back to Jersey for the Wanaque Reserve. I’m looking forward to meeting this vibrant community to give my presentation, drink egg creams, and do a book signing.

12.5.19 | 7:00 PM | Brooklyn Heights Synagogue | Brooklyn, NY

Can you believe with half the book taking place in Kings County, this will be my first appearance in Brooklyn? I wonder who might surprise us by walking out of Seltzertopia and into the room?…

12.7.19 | 7:30 PM | Center for Jewish Studies at Eastern Michigan University | Ypsilanti, MI

I’ll wrap up the year by traveling to Michigan to provide the main entertainment for their annual Hanukah celebration. This promises to be my most diverse crowd yet – Jews from the midwest, students from all backgrounds, and a seltzer tasting competition featuring their local favorite, Faygo.
