  1. #1. – Can you send me a list Barry of the locations in Manhattan that still make egg cream? Are used to live there long ago and I forget where I would get them but I understand from your webinar there’s not too many places left. I lived on E. 72nd St., East 26th and on York Avenue.

    My favorite was the vanilla even though I love chocolate but I like it in a bar form especially Icelandic dark chocolate. I have ordered your book. Can you tell me how to make the vanilla or is it in your book? Thank you very much.

    Loved your webinar on the New York adventure club yesterday. I watched it on replay so I didn’t have the Question tab unless it was there and I didn’t realize it. I wanted to thank you. It was fun in grade history

    To make the Vanilla egg cream follow the recipe in my book but substitute the chocolate syrup with ubets vanilla.

    The best place to get an egg cream in Manhattan is Eisenberg’s, on 5th between 22nd and 23rd, and if dining Sammy’s Roumanian on the LOS. Most Jewish delis – if you can find one – will have a good one as well. They best I’d recommend is in Brooklyn, at Farmacy.
