Every few days since the New York Book Expo I’ve been contacted by a different institution who wants to invite me to speak to their audience on the topic of seltzer once the book comes out this fall. I can’t begin to explain the satisfaction that brings me, after working on this project for more than a decade. And I can’t wait!

Of course, the book is not out yet. So I know they can’t really know what’s in it (it took me many years to figure out what the options even were). So last week I realized I needed to provide these venues with the information they need to make an informed decision. When my publisher, David Behrman, recommended I come up with a list to share with prospective sites, he got me started.

I thought it would be cute (but not cutesy) to present it as a drink menu. I found a template, bent it to my will (and the color palate of the book cover) and turned it into the following. I’ll keep tweaking it but I wanted to start sharing it now with you, my fans, to get your feedback. This is a web-only version – it would look terrible printed.
